Learning Bench

By downloading, accessing, or using the Learning Bench application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Amit Shah, operating as Learning Bench ("we", "us", "our").
Learning Bench is a gamified learning application that provides interactive, scenario-based learning experiences for delivery leaders. The App includes:
The App is currently free to use with no in-app purchases.
To use the App, you must sign in using your Google account via Firebase Authentication. By signing in, you agree that:
We receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal learning and professional development. You must not:
All scenarios, learning content, text, graphics, logos, icons, XP mechanics, and the overall design of the App are the intellectual property of Learning Bench and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
You may not:
Learning Bench is designed to provide educational content only. The scenarios and learning experiences offered through the App:
XP scores and progress within the App have no value outside the App and should not be represented as formal credentials.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data, progress, and XP will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learning Bench and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
The App relies on third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, analytics, and push notifications. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will provide notice via push notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through correspondence within 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Learning Bench regarding your use of the App.
